How Fear Is Guiding You

So... we have all fallen in, right?😳

Fallen into the difficulty, succumbed to the bad day, let negativity take over our minds/weeks/months. Raise your hand, because in one hand I’m holding a paddle but I would be raising my other with you!

It’s easy to fall in, but there’s always a way to get out, too. One of my favorite metaphysical teachers Louise Hay always said: ā€œnegativity is just a thought, and a thought can be changedā€.

If I constantly told myself I couldn’t go too far from shore (which I did years back), I would be succumbing to fearful thoughts, That really had no reason to be there.

ā€œIf I fall in, if no one is out here, what will happen? I’ll drown!ā€

I recognized that fear and I turned the thought around.

My lake house is on a populated lake, people would see me.

I will have a life jacket on. (Not in this picture.. because I actually was close to shorešŸ˜‚)

I can swim.

I turned all these thoughts of why I shouldn’t, into logical reasons of why I can.

Now, it’s one of the ways I relax after a long day!

This is a small scale, but it’s all relative. Fear is fear. Worry is worry. Your job, your relationship, your dreams- they’re all possible. You just have to believe they are and that starts with your thoughts. šŸ’•
